The price band is set at ₹284–299 per share, with the IPO closing on September 22. Anchor investors have already committed ₹168 crore, with participation from ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, UTI MF, and Societe Generale.

The allocation reserves 50% for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors, and 35% for retail investors. iValue operates as a value-added distributor in the enterprise technology space, bridging global OEMs with Indian enterprises through system integrators.
